Council meeting(270707)

The briefing will cover :
- table arrangements for the hall which all the councillors will need to be familiar with. Most importantly which are the VIP tables.
- Duty during the dinner itself ( all councillors will be involved including the Exco)
- Toilet duty - we need to be on duty in case people need to go to the toilet and to especially be on the look out for the VIP tables.
- Councillors will rotate to eat the dinner. Mr Lim is also getting extra food for us since we have to be on duty(toilet duties, entertaining the guests...) till late.
