Council meeting(270707)

The briefing will cover :
- table arrangements for the hall which all the councillors will need to be familiar with. Most importantly which are the VIP tables.
- Duty during the dinner itself ( all councillors will be involved including the Exco)
- Toilet duty - we need to be on duty in case people need to go to the toilet and to especially be on the look out for the VIP tables.
- Councillors will rotate to eat the dinner. Mr Lim is also getting extra food for us since we have to be on duty(toilet duties, entertaining the guests...) till late.

Dinner table
There will be a dinner table for 10 set aside for the Student Council Exco. Hui Shan , Jane and Wendy will be with either their CCA or with the cast at their own dinner table.
