It is only necessary for 1 I/C from each committee to attend the meeting.

These WILL be the issues that must be SETTLED by the end of the meeting
Programmes Committee
- Decide on the theme
- Order of investiture
- Decide on speech givers
- Work with MCs (Ghee Wei & Joanne Aruna Sursas)
Logistics Committee
- Powerpoint & Slideshow
- Sitting arrangements
- Certificates
Publicity
- Invitations to other schools
- Catering (for reception)
- Door Gifts (for guests)
These are the issues that we WILL have to SETTLE before the next council meeting.
It is also essential that at least ONE leader from their committee attends this meeting.
Other councillors which are NOT mentioned above do NOT need to attend this meeting.
Thanks to Megan for putting in good effort for setting this meeting up and informing the others.
This meeting will be for us to iron out all the details for the investiture. So please do try to attend it. It will last for approximately 1 hour (or more if needed)

Council issues. Mainly the investiture.
To all councillors.
I've seen many comments given on the tagboard. It's rather heartening to see that. ((:
Here are my comments:
Kelly - Yes, necessary stuff though. We're still trying to get a proper blogskin I guess. not so important at this moment though.
- We cannot allow too many people to be able to access the blog account. >< But yes, I think non-exco members are allowed to access the account. However, for those who do not hold the password, but wants to post something, you guys can always email Kelly, Huiling, Wendy or me, including whoever who has the password, to help you to post your entry.
- Definitely, we need another photograph with ALL councillors in it. Preferably a photo taken during our investiture this year. Hence, that will have to wait until after the investiture.
- I agree with you that the investiture should be informal to create an impact on the students, guests as well as ourselves. On the other hand, it should be formal to a certain extent. So, it's impossible for us to actually hold a fully informal investiture.
Alastair - Yes, the picture should be at the top of the webpage.
Anthony - Agree. The clock can be smaller and be put on the side bar instead.
- You shouldn't say that you don't mind if you're not in the picture. Since you're a councillor, you should be proud of it and be part of the photo which sort of shows our Council.
Huiling - Yes, The investiture is more important at this point of time. So, we need to work on it quickly.
Megan - It's good that we can meet up during the March holidays. We SERIOUSLY need to meet up for a serious meeting.I'm glad that you're having the initiative to get people to meet up. This Thursday and Friday, there will be a drama workshop from 09:00 to 12:00. After that, I'll be free.
Now, I'd like to emphasize that the investiture is in 23 days' time. It is not a very long time. In fact, we're behind time. We MUST decide on the theme, and whether we're inviting schools or not. If we are, which schools are we inviting? We seriously have to send out the invitations soon or not, we will have a hard tme answering to the replies from the invited schools.
Can we meet up on Thursday or Friday like what Megan mentioned? please?
Come on, councillors! Time for some serious work!
